PEB Holding BV operates a group of companies involved in the manufacture, sales and service of equipment as well as specialized services primarily for the oil- and gas production, petrochemical and power industry on a worldwide basis. Our offices are situated in The Netherlands (Zoetermeer) and in Germany (Bad Bentheim, PEG rohrleitungssysteme GmbH). The activities of our Belgian office (Pipeline Equipment Belgium Bvba) have been discontinued and relocated to our Dutch office from 1-1-2004 on.

Over the years PEB has built up an extensive project organization to carry out activities to fulfill the demands of our customers. The company was founded in 1973 mainly as a supplier for the dutch off-shore industry.The company has involved since as an international supplier for several products for the energy- and chemical markets.

Our modern facilities include approximately 1,800 square meters fully equipped workshop, draft-room, warehouse and offices, manned by a team of qualified engineers experienced with international and national standards and codes, which operates to a Quality Assurancy system in accordance with ISO 9001.

Four companies represent the PEB group’s activities:

PEB Pipeline Equipment BV: Sale of project related valve & components packages

Pipeline Products: High pressure on-off valves with or without actuators, control systems etc.
Instrumentation Products: Honeywell/Flowserve stockholder, design, calculation and licensed production of control valves for high pressure and/or special applications.

PEB Engineers & Constructors BV: Design, construction and commissioning of turn-key installations:

Gas field and refinery compressor skids up to 7000 kW (authorised Dresser-Rand packager Europe)
Pig launchers and receivers for pipeline cleaners/scrapers.
Control and operating systems for (subsea) valves.

PEB Services BV: Specialised pipeline services for external customers as well as servicing to the other PEB companies.

Hottap and line stop operations
Construction, overhaul, maintenance and after sales services.
Assembly and testing of valves, actuators and control panels.
